Hi Ajasja,
In my lab we used torque. It is easy to install because it is already
packaged (at least for debian).
Since it is widely used there is a wide community you can use to solve
problem.
The website of torque is:

If you prefer to install it from source, the procedure as well as the
configuration steps are well explained.
Moreover it is well interfaced with MPI, avoiding to waste time in
interfacing queues with parallel environment.
