The ADP parameters should be contained in the standard CHARMM 27 force
field for nucleic acids:
top_all27_prot_lipid_na.inp
par_all27_prot_lipid_na.inp
You can find them for instance with the distribution of VMD.

I recall, there was already a question like yours on the mailing list.
You may wanna check that.
