how many cards to you want to stick into those?
how many PCI-e Gen2.0 slots do you have?
..and room for double width full length cards?
how many PCI-e six/eight pin connectors?
also, i'd expect your power budget to be pretty slim for anything but
just a single card, which is particularly pointless for the larger machine.
specifically adding a single tesla would be a waste. for development
a GTX 285/275/260 does it just as well for a fraction of the price.
better to get a proper mainboard, case and power supply
and ram 3-4 decent GPUs into it, which is impossible in your case.
