Building NAMD on SGI Altix

Hi all,

I'm running into a strange problem trying to build namd on an SGI Altix
cluster. I follow the directions in the namd wiki (and in the
notes.txt), and I get the following error:

icpc -D_IA64 -I/usr/local/gnu/include
-I/hafs15/rogan/Programs/charm-5.9/mpi-linux-ia64-mpt-iccstatic/include
-DCMK_OPTIMIZE=1 -Isrc -Iinc -Iplugins/include
-I/hafs15/rogan/Programs/namd2/tcl/linux-ia64/include -DNAMD_TCL
-I/hafs15/rogan/Programs/namd2/fftw/linux-ia64/include -DNAMD_FFTW
-DNAMD_VERSION=\"2.6\" -DNAMD_PLATFORM=\"Linux-ia64-MPT\"
-DREMOVE_PROXYRESULTMSG_EXTRACOPY -static-libcxa -O2 -ftz -IPF_fma
-IPF_fltacc -IPF_flt_eval_method0 -IPF_fp_speculationfast -o
obj/Controller.o -c src/Controller.C
/usr/include/sys/ucontext.h(52): error: expected a ")"
            unsigned long _pad[_SC_GR0_OFFSET/8];
                               ^

compilation aborted for src/Controller.C (code 2)
make: *** [obj/Controller.o] Error 2

Have I done something silly? I really doubt that there are errors in
the GNU libraries that it's sourcing. This happens in the cvs and the
stable 2.6 versions.

Thanks,
Rogan
