TMD + harmonic restraints

Hi all,

I'm performing a TMD simulation and at the same time I'm applying harmonic
constraints to some coordinates (none of the targeted atoms) using:

constraints on

Is this ok to do? Are there any problems when combining TMD with harmonic
constraints?
