Dear All,

I want to prepare a system with the structure solvated in a truncated
octahedron of water using VMD and simulate it with NAMD. Are there any
available VMD scripts for the truncated octahedron preparation? And can
anybody tell me how to specify the unitcell for the NAMD simulation? Any
help will be grealy appreciated.
