I've been working with the Tiny benchmark located as a download on the Related Codes, Scripts and Examples web page which is a link from the main NAMD webpage. Other benchmarks of larger sizes than the apoa1 benchmark are located there as well. What I've found is that the Tiny benchmark is great for testing scalability on smaller numbers of CPUs to show the limits of the interconnects. Has anyone got numbers for this benchmark on any of the high performance computers NAMD runs on?
