transmembrane electrical potential gradient in NAMD

Hi All,

Is it possible to establish a transmembrane potential gradient across a
membrane in NAMD ? It seems that one can establish an external electrical
potential, but is it as straightforward to establish a potential gradient
across a membrane ?
