attractive harmonic potential between 2 molecules

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to apply an attractive harmonic potential
between specific atoms in 2 molecules with namd.

The goal is to create a harmonic bond between two hydrocarbons.

Could "targeted MD" be used to this end, and if so, how?

Any help would be much appreciated.
