Is it possible to compile NAMD win64 with MPI (windows MPI)

Hello,

Could I get some assistance getting started compiling namd/charm++ using
windows (x64) mpi? I believe there mpi is based on MPICH. I was told that I
could get better scaling if I use windows mpi instead of charm++ (is that
true?).
