Hi,
I am trying to install NAMD 2.6 on an 8-way, p650 (ppc64) IBM machine
running Linux. I
While trying to install charm++, I ran into compile errors and was wondering
if someone could help me out here.
I used
./build charm++ mpi-linux-axp -O
but got the following errors:

rm -f qtmd.h
ln -s md/axp.h qtmd.h

to resolve the problems yourself, visit
I have OpenMPI installed on this machine but I suppose since it is an smp
machine, this would not be required? I also tried
net-linux-axp. I get the same errors.
Can someone please let me know as to what I am doing wrong?
Thanks,
Arun
