Hi,
I have been trying to build a complete namd binary from source. I was following the steps given in notes.txl file of NAMD-2.6 and got error at this point:Build and test the Charm++/Converse library:
The error messages are following. If someone can help, it would do great. I never built anything like this before any time. This is my first time and I am still learning. The error messages are following:
