Tcl callback, run, revert, measure

Here I am trying my luck again as I have posted the same question two
times and got no response. Any help is greatly appreciated:

I wonder how to use some Tcl additional features listed on User's Guide
Chapter 2.2.2, especially these commands:

      callback,
      run (repeatedly called),
      revert,
      measure (allowing user-programmed calculations to facilitate
automated methods).

The Guide gave little additional explanation about the above
commands. Could
someone show me some example scripts?
