Creating PDB from PSF and COOR files

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a PDB file from PSF and a restart file (COOR)
according to the directions given in the NAMD Tutorial

However, the file I generated does not have the atom types. Can some one
please tell me if I am doing something wrong with this or is it a bug.
