Compiling Questions

Hi,

If you are trying to recompile NAMD with higher levels of optimization, is
it necessary to recompile charm with the same optimizations? What about
fftw and tcl?

Also, I am compiling on Blue Gene L at SDSC. Everything seems to be fine
and namd compiles and runs, but I do get during the make

../charm/mpi-bluegenel-xlc/include/bgltorus.h", line 220.3 1540-1101 (W) A
return value of type "int" is expected

Is this an ok message?
