Hello,

I'm trying to set up a sherical region, centred on a particular atom in a protein, from which water is excluded during a
simulaion.
I expect that I can adapt the Tcl Boundary Forces example script given in the manual.
However, I don't understand the script completely, I wonder if anyone has already done it, or could offer an outline of
how to do it,
