Hi everybody,
I am trying to install NAMD2.6 in the IBM 690 pseries(
IBM AIX Version 5.2L Operating system). I ran the Charmm ++ successfully. I
do not know how to run the .config file of NAMD. As per the instructions
given in the notes.txt there should be configuration file. But I do not know
which is the .config file. I have posted a query about this sometime back. I
didn't get any reply. I am struggling hard to install it. It would really be
of great help, if someone could help me in the installation process. Thanks
a lot in advance.
