Hi, NAMD people
   
  We want to calculate the force applied on each atom at time t based on the trajectory file and output file from our SMD simulation. Is there a tool available? Or just pick up three consecutive frames(t-dt, t and t+dt) from trajectory file, then calculate the force for each atom based Force= m * a?
