Hi,

There is the problem to start the NAMD job in scratch space (PBS; $TMPDIR) in parallel. Serial jobs in scratch and parallel in user space run well.

I got the errer that NAMD can not find configuration file (*.namd), while that file IS in the $TMPDIR.

Configuration: 2 x 2.8GHz P4 Xeon EM64T CPUs; Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon), Kernel 2.4.24-pre1 on an i686; NAMD 2.6b1; PBS.

Has anyone any clues ?
