Dear All,
I am trying to install rmsdtt in Windows(Window XP)
but have one problem here.
1. I downloaded rmsdtt.tcl and pkgIndex.tcl under
C:/Program Files/University of
Illinois/VMD/plugins/noarch/tcl/rmsdtt
2. then add the following line to vmd.rc file
lappend auto_path {C:/Program Files/University of
Illinois/VMD/plugins/noarch/tcl/rmsdtt
vmd_install_extension rmsdtt rmsdtt_tk_cb "WMC
PhysBio/RMSDTT"
BUT when I try to open vmd window, I do have rmsdtt
menu from menu bar but cannot open rmsdtt window. They
said "The rmsddtt package counld not be loaded".
Am I missing something or do I have any problem with
directory?
