About "get z" command in MD script language.

 Hi, all. I have a simple question.
 
 In MD script ".tcl" files, sometimes we use "get" command.
 
 For example,
 
 set e [atomselect top "resname IP3"]
 foreach z [$wat get z]
 { .... (loop) ... }
 
 What does this "get z" mean? If every molecule of "resname IP3" have 3 atoms,
 what does this "z" mean then? Which atom's Z coordinate, if it means it?
