Hai all,
I am trying to install NAMD-2.6 in my centos 4.4, which his
having only one processor. I had gone through the installation instructions.
In that they just mentioned,if your system has only one processor then you
can use this command
> namd2 <configfile>
What is this config file? Where I can find this? If someone could guide me
to install NAMD with detail description it would be of great help tome.
