positive VDW??

Hi all,
Upon completion of my equilibration, my log file indicates positive
values for BOND, ANGLE, DIHED, IMPRP, VDW and BOUNDARY. While the
values for TOTAL, TOTAL2 and TOTAL3 are negative. I am little
confused with +ve VDW... how is that possible can anyone explain?
I have checked for overlaps, there are none.
