Hi there,
I'm new user however I haven't used NAMD so far and that's why I'm
writting to you. Could anyone write me 'step-by-step' instruction how
to install NAMD on Linux SUSE 10.0 (AMD SEMPRON 1800; 32-bit). I have
extreme difficulties with compiling the file, I just don't know what
to do... How to make <configfile> and what to do next?
I'm sorry for unsuitable question but I have to start using it somehow
and I don't know how...
