parallel NAMD output problem

Hi,

There is a problem about NAMD in prallel on cluster.

I create $TMPDIR (tempory direktory) and make copies of start files by 'pbsdcp' on each node. NAMD runs, but it produces no output files but only *.log file (run_namd *.namd > *log). If parallel job is submittet from user folmder eberything work fine.

ANY clues ?

Configuration: 2 x 2.8GHz P4 Xeon EM64T CPUs; Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon), Kernel 2.4.24-pre1 on an i686; NAMD 2.6b1; PBS.
