Timestep -- Can I use 2 fs timestep for 50 nanoseconds simulation?

  Hi all. I am sorry that the last question was not explicit at all. One question now is that can I use a timestep of 2 fs for a long time simulation (about 50 nanoseconds)?
 
 The system is a combination of water and nanotube.
