HI,
I am running a job in ncsa cluster using bsub. I set the wall time 0:10 for
my protein minimization.
I don't know what is wrong there.. My simulation run for only 20 mins and
then I can't see if
my job is running or halted/killed. After checking the log file, there is no
error message and it seems
from log file that the simulation is running. But when I check the time when
last time log file was updated
it was same as before run, 20 min run.
Any solution to this situation? or do I need to do something else. I don't
know how to work with this wall time.
