Hello,

I don't use NFS. So, I created the same directories in all nodes as the master. Now, the log file has

Charmrun rsh(node3.0)> remote responding...
Charmrun rsh(node3.0)> starting node-program...
Charmrun rsh(node3.0)> rsh phase successful.
Charmrun rsh(node4.1)> remote responding...
Charmrun rsh(node4.1)> starting node-program...
Charmrun rsh(node4.1)> rsh phase successful.
Charmrun> adding client 0: "node3", IP:192.168.0.3
Charmrun> adding client 1: "node4", IP:192.168.0.4
Charmrun> Charmrun = 128.206.18.189, port = 32886
Charmrun> Sending "0 128.206.18.189 32886 26281 0" to client 0.
Charmrun> find the node program "/home/yg8p2/namd26b1/namd2" at "/home/yg8p2/popc160" for 0.
Charmrun> Starting ssh node3 -l yg8p2 /bin/sh -f
Charmrun> Sending "1 128.206.18.189 32886 26281 0" to client 1.
Charmrun> find the node program "/home/yg8p2/namd26b1/namd2" at "/home/yg8p2/popc160" for 1.
Charmrun> Starting ssh node4 -l yg8p2 /bin/sh -f
Charmrun> waiting for rsh (node3:0), pid 26282
Charmrun> waiting for rsh (node4:1), pid 26283
Charmrun> Waiting for 0-th client to connect.
.

And the std output tells

Charmrun> charmrun started...
Charmrun> using nodelist as nodesfile
Charmrun> rsh (node3:0) started
Charmrun> rsh (node4:1) started
Charmrun> node programs all started
Charmrun> error 0 attaching to node:
Timeout waiting for node-program to connect

>From master, I can ssh all node3 and node4 without password. Then, do you know how to solve it?

Thanks a lot!!!

Yong
