Hello NAMD Friends.
I have a question regarding solvation of protein. When we do solvate in
VMD it surrounds the protein with a box of water, now the density we get is
a default one. Can I regulate the density of water, that is if I want to
build my system with fewer number of water molecules can I really do that,
if yes then how? Can anybody comment on the density of water one should use.
Appreciate your contribution in advance.
