problem with the NAMD CPU time consumption on a batch queueing system

Hello everybody,
I am trying to run NAMD on a cluster where jobs are scheduled using BQS
(a batch queuing system developed at the IN2P3 computation center :
http://cctools.in2p3.fr/docenligne/264). The NAMD job is launched on 10
procs under the assumption it is a MPICH type job.
The NAMD job run without problem. However, the CPU time measured by BQS
remains at 0 during the process. So, NAMD can "delude" BQS and run
without any CPU limit.
Does somebody ever met this problem?

Nicolas

n.b. : I have noticed a similar problem with a PBSpro server. However,
the PBS server is not deluded even if the printed CPU time is not
correct
