NAMD users,
When I use the freeEnergy/pmf commands at the same time
as a TCL script, I find that I am getting indexing errors
with my coordinate file inside the TCL script. If I use either
part of the input script alone, everything works fine.
Has anyone noticed an incompatibility with using both
of these methods at the same time to impose restraints
on your system?
