NAMD (and consequently Psfgen) does not currently use CMAP data which
is a recent addition to parameterization files.
Use previous versions of these files such as the ones found here:
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Tutorials/namd/namd-tutorial-files/1-1-
build/
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Tutorials/namd/namd-tutorial-files/
common/
