Hello!!!
I want to make a NVE, non-PME simulation. My cutoff setup is the following
switchdist 10.; # cutoff-2
cutoff 12.; # may be 10 with PME
pairlistdist 14.; # cutoff+2
I take this fron one of te NAMD tutorials. I would like to know why using a
12 angstroms cutoff is mandatory when doing non-PME simulations. Does
someone have some reference??
