Is there a method to choose what is saved in DCD files

Dear all,
       Is there a method to choose what is saved in DCD files? for example, in my system, there is protein,lipid and water. can I only save coordinations of water molecules in DCD file ? for the DCD file is too large if coordinations of protein,lipid and water are saved in it.
