Hi, Jerry:

Thank you very much for your helps.

I copy the 'libibmc++.A.dylib' into the './/NAMD_2.6b1_MacOSX-PPC'
directory, and use the command as you suggested. It works this time!!!
 Thanks.

But then I have another problem. 'NAMD' complains that it can't find
the force-field of 'par_all27_prot_lipid.inp'. Here is the error
message:

------------- Processor 0 Exiting: Called CmiAbort ------------
Reason: FATAL ERROR: UNABLE TO OPEN CHARMM PARAMETER FILE
../common/par_all27_prot_lipid.inp

Charm++ fatal error:
FATAL ERROR: UNABLE TO OPEN CHARMM PARAMETER FILE
../common/par_all27_prot_lipid.inp

Abort
--------

I thought that it should be included in the NAMD package. Seems that I
need to download this part separately?

All the best

Bo
