Hello,
I'm not sure this is a NAMD question...
I'm using NAMD 2.5 for Linux-i686 in a linux cluster
(RHentreprise) whith PBS. Jobs are running on a queue including 2 nodes
(2 procs are available on each node). The problems is that jobs are
killed too quickly because the walltime is exceeded. PBS calculates a
walltime of 885000h. But in fact, the walltime used is only equal to 7 h
(the time limit is set to 500 h)! The only error message is :
=>> PBS: job killed: node 1 (bmw023) requested job die, code 0
Does anyone had already seen (or better solve!) this problem?
Thank's for help
