Hi Everyone,
I tried to cap my peptide by Ace at the N-terminii.
I used "patch ACE FRAG:1". The ACE is patched to my peptide. Nevertheless,
the psfgen also automatically adds the normal NH3+ to the first residue.
How can I solve problem? any hint is welcomed! Many thanks!
