You could use either NAMD-Clustermatic, or NAMD_TCP_Clustermatic
to run on your beowulf based cluster.
The TCP clustermatic version is supposed to run faster on clusters using
gigabit interconnect for communication between nodes. Ask your
administrator if this is the case.
