If you are asking about this because you have found that your results differ
depending on whether you run on Intel or AMD CPUs, you may be interested in

Sorry, I have no experience with multiprocessor runs using AMD and Intel

   Can anyone who has experience tell me the result difference of the same
MD simulation of AMD or Intel CPUs.
