I am trying to run NAMD on an HP SC40. It seems to run fine for several
time steps, and then crashes with the error message:
CCS: Unknown CCS handler name '' requested. Ignoring...
The strange thing is that is never crashes in the same place twice. It has
crashed as soon as 20 timesteps, and as late as almost 200 time steps.
Since the message references CSS, I guess this must have something to do
with the Charm++ package. Have you encountered a problem like this before?
Any ideas you have will be a great help. Thanks.
