Greetings everyone,
I have a small problem which I hope is the result of my error. I currently
have installed NAMD on my Redhat system with an AMD Athlon processor. I
placed it in the /usr/local directory and made an amendment to the bash
profile. When I try to use it I receive this message:
"error line 79: cannot exec namd"
Any clues would be helpful.
