Scyld cluster

Hi All,
We have a 16 nodes Scyld beowulf cluster. I was wondering if there is
anyway to decouple or save master node from computational work and use
only the slave nodes to do that? Right now if use +p 10 option in
charmrun thenit uses master node and 9 other nodes to do simulation
which prohibits other users to do any other calculation/simulation on
master node.
